Switching to a plant-based diet was a game-changer for me. It boosted my energy, improved my digestion, and made me feel lighter overall. Plus, it’s great for the planet!
How to start: Try incorporating more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet. Start with one plant-based meal a day and gradually increase.
2. Intermittent Fasting
Intermittent fasting has helped me lose weight, improve mental clarity, and boost my overall health. I typically eat within an 8-hour window each day.
How to start: Begin with a 12-hour fasting window overnight. Gradually increase to 16 hours if it feels right for you.
3. Regular Exercise
I aim for 5 workouts a week, mixing strength training and cardio. Exercise isn’t just about looking good – it’s crucial for mental health and overall well-being.
