Building the Perfect “Sleep Stack” 😴

Sleep is an essential aspect of overall health and wellbeing, but it’s something that many of us struggle with. There are several factors that can interfere with our ability to get a good night’s sleep, including caffeine, sugar, exercise too close to bedtime, and screens such as phones and TVs.

While there are many things that can disrupt sleep, there are also many alternative methods that can help improve it. As someone who has struggled with sleep issues in the past, I’ve turned to alternative methods like the “sleep stack” to help me get the rest I need.

My “sleep stack” includes several elements that work together to promote a restful night’s sleep. First and foremost is my Layla Bed, which provides a comfortable and supportive surface for sleeping. Investing in a high-quality bed has made a significant difference in the quality of my sleep.

UTTU Sandwich Pillow

Another key element of my “sleep stack” is my “sandwich pillow” with curvature for neck. This pillow provides support for my head and neck, helping to alleviate tension and prevent neck pain. Having the right pillow is essential for getting a good night’s sleep.

To block out any noise or light that may disturb my sleep, I use ear plugs and an eye mask. These simple tools create a peaceful and calming environment that helps me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep throughout the night.

In addition to these physical tools, I also use my Whoop to track my sleep patterns and monitor my heart rate variability. This helps me understand how my body is responding to different sleep strategies and adjust accordingly. I also pay attention to the foods and activities that can disrupt sleep. Caffeine and sugar can interfere with sleep, so I avoid consuming them too close to bedtime. Exercise can be beneficial for sleep, but it’s important to avoid intense exercise too close to bedtime, as it can stimulate the body and make it difficult to fall asleep. By paying attention to these factors and using tools like my Whoop, I’ve been able to develop a comprehensive approach to improving my sleep quality and overall wellbeing.

CBD Gummies by Sunday Scaries

Finally, I’ve found that taking CBD gummies from Sunday Scaries before bed can also help me achieve a restful night’s sleep. CBD is known for its calming and relaxing properties, and I’ve found that it helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.

Overall, my “sleep stack” has been a game-changer for my sleep quality. By combining a comfortable bed, supportive pillow, ear plugs, an eye mask, CBD gummies, and paying attention to potential sleep disruptors, I’ve been able to create an environment that promotes restful sleep and helps me wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. If you’re struggling with sleep issues, I encourage you to explore alternative methods like these to improve your sleep quality and overall wellbeing.
